250 Main Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel located in the coastal town of Rockland, Maine. Opened in 2016, the hotel features 26 contemporary rooms featuring ocean and city views. The hotel has been the first of it’s kind in Rockland, with 5 stories of original art, a rooftop terrace and a distinctly modern aesthetic.
Lyman-Morse Fabrication participated in all phases of the construction of this project. The structural steel pieces for the framing off the building was fabricated in the shop. All of the staircases, railings, and balconies in each of the 5 floors were also created by LMF. The unique use of aluminum in the exterior balconies distinguishes both the building, and also the expertise of our team.
